Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how fees, if any, are handled by Pucca Properties, and the process for cancellations and refunds.

1. Consultancy Fees
Most of our property enquiry and advisory services are provided free of charge to buyers and tenants. Where a professional consultancy, advisory, or service fee is agreed in writing for a specific engagement, the scope and amount will be confirmed with you before any payment is made.
2. Booking / Token Fees
Any booking, token, or advance amount paid towards a property is collected by, and payable to, the property owner or developer under their terms — not by Pucca Properties. Refund eligibility for such amounts is governed by the agreement between you and the owner/developer.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Consultancy or service fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
- Third-party charges (legal, registration, valuation, documentation) paid to external providers are non-refundable through us.
- Booking amounts forfeited under an owner/developer's terms are outside our control.
4. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation or discuss a refund of any fee paid directly to us:

- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds of fees paid to us are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
